Registration is now open!  

The Reading Olympics registration system allows you to create your own account. You can pre-register by estimating the number of teams you expect to bring and then log-in anytime to update the team information.
The following instructions are also displayed in the registration system.

Building Coordinators:
The Team Registration process for Reading Olympics requires you, as the Building Coordinator, to provide the following information for each team by the deadlines in red noted in each STEP:
-Estimated number of teams
-Team Name(s)
-Student Names
-Room Facilitator Name (who will then be assigned to be either a Moderator or Scorekeeper)
-Team Chaperone Name

Once in the registration system, CLICK Estimate/Edit Teams and enter the number of teams you estimate will participate from your building. If you are a K-12 school, complete an estimate for each team level. When finished, CLICK Create Teams Per Estimate and you will receive a confirmation email.
This step must be completed by midnight November 16, 2018, in order to participate in this event.

CLICK Edit Team Info to add /modify Team Name, Student Names, Room Facilitator and Team Chaperone for each team. You can return any time to modify this information. Any additions or changes will be automatically saved.
Note: Each team is required to provide one person to serve as a Room Facilitator. This person will be assigned either a moderator or scorekeeper position. You will be asked to provide information about any previous experience for this person.

Once you have all the information entered for each team, CLICK Complete Registration. Please note, there is a $30 fee per team to participate.
You will receive an invoice by email which will include payment instructions.
This step must be finalized by February 1, 2019.
Payments must be received by February 15, 2019.

The Room Facilitator will need to attend an online training to learn about the moderator and scorekeeper roles at 3:30 p.m. on March 5, 2019.

Payment Information

At the conclusion of your team registration, a confirmation email, that also serves as an invoice, will be generated with payment instructions. There is a $30 fee per team to participate.
